Procedure and Conditions for Ticket and Refund Returns

Dear customers, before purchasing tickets, please carefully read the refund rules and act in accordance with these terms.

These rules fully apply to all cases of ticket purchases and returns, regardless of the place of purchase (on the website topbilet.kz or at sales points, if available).

Ticket returns are processed only at the place of purchase.
Only genuine tickets purchased on our website are eligible for a refund.

Ticket Return Procedure

To request a ticket refund, you must submit a refund application on our website topbilet.kz or via the mobile app.

When submitting a refund request, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Email address used when placing the order

  • Your name and phone number

Application Review

Customer support reviews refund applications within 10 working days.

Important!!!
Refunds are issued only to the bank card used for the original payment.
The processing time depends on the issuing bank’s rules and usually takes from 3 (three) to 30 (thirty) working days.

Refund Conditions

  • Refunds can be submitted on topbilet.kz no later than 72 hours (3 days) before the event starts.

  • If fewer than 72 hours remain before the event, refunds are not possible.

  • Topstar Technologies reserves the right not to review refund requests submitted less than 72 hours before the event or after the event has taken place.

  • Some events have non-refundable tickets. Please check the conditions carefully before purchase. Refunds for such tickets are possible only in case of full event cancellation (postponement or venue change is not considered cancellation).

  • Tickets purchased with a promo code are non-refundable.

  • A fee of 10% of the ticket's nominal price is withheld to cover bank acquiring and operational costs.

  • Service fees are non-refundable.

  • In case of event cancellation, a full 100% refund is issued, including the service fee (if applicable).

  • If an event is postponed to a different date or venue, the customer has the right to apply for a refund within 72 hours after being notified. In this case, the ticket price is refunded minus the service fee, if it was charged.

  • If the event is postponed for more than 6 months, the customer is entitled to a full 100% refund, including the service fee.

  • If the customer returns the ticket on their own initiative (changed plans, business trip, financial reasons, etc.) no later than 72 hours before the event, a 10% commission is charged (only for refundable tickets).

To properly fulfill its obligations under service agreements with Event Organizers, LLP “Topbilet” reserves the right to refuse refunds if the Customer abuses their rights or violates these Terms at the time of ticket purchase.

By purchasing or returning ticket(s) on topbilet.kz, the Customer confirms that the refund policy has been fully communicated, understood, and accepted.
